Working in the real estate industry for over 17 years, and having closed on over 200 homes, Anna Stephens puts her experience to work for her clients every day. Partnering with Katherine Clare Orren and her sister Ashley Wynne Shepherd has enabled Anna to provide top notch service utilizing a team approach, something that is more important than ever in today’s ever changing real estate environment.
Throughout her successful career, Anna has worked with a variety of clients, ranging from first-time homebuyers, investors, builders, relocations, and executives. As a result, she has built a business that continues to grow, largely based on referrals from satisfied clients. Another business driver for Anna has been the extensive network she has cultivated with of local agents that provides her with valuable market intel.
Anna learned firsthand how stressful and overwhelming the construction process can be while building her personal home and enjoys advising her clients through the process. In addition, Anna's transaction history includes multiple property renovations, personally and for her investor clients. This new construction and renovation experience allows her to find the perfect "distressed" properties and take the intimidation out of the work required to bring a property back to life by realistically setting expectations.
Utilizing her marketing degree from Southern Methodist University along with previous corporate advertising and PR experience, Anna provides her clients with top-notch marketing expertiese for print, digital and social mediums. She also offers clients home styling and staging advice to elevate her listings and make the best first impression to potential buyers.
Anna lives in the Chastain Park neighborhood with her husband, Kurt, and their two children and dog Poppy. When not working, she can be found spending time with her family, on the sidelines at every soccer field in the state of Georgia and playing pickle ball and tennis when she has spare time.
