Bonneau Ansley is an Atlanta entrepreneur who is the best-selling real estate agent in the metro housing market. He has built, developed and sold more than $1 billion over his career spanning just 15 years. In December 2015, he launched his eponymous brokerage Ansley Atlanta Real Estate to offer his clients, team and Atlanta a locally-owned, more personal, service-oriented real estate experience with strong technology drivers.
Surrounded by a group of industry experts, Bonneau engineers an experience for his clients that delivers the results they want. This level of performance has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal, naming him one of the top real estate agents in the country. Numerous sales awards have been earned across most industry networks and groups.
As a fifth generation Atlantan, his resources are invaluable and provide a matchless network of colleagues, friends, developers, equity partners, clients and more. As a business owner who is in the market every single day, Bonneau understands what the current conditions are and the context surrounding the data. Bonneau and his wife Jen live in Buckhead with their two children, Blakely and Beau and a cast of pets including a dog, one hamster, four fish and two frogs. They are members of Northside Methodist Church and are very involved in the community. Bonneau is an active alumnus with his high school alma mater, Woodberry Forest School in Virginia. The family loves to vacation at both Mountaintop in Cashiers, North Carolina, and Sea Island, Georgia.
Bonneau and Ansley Atlanta Real Estate are also honored to support Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta with proceeds of sales being donated to their local hospitals. This giving is a process that helps our communities and gives Bonneau an opportunity to contribute significantly to a community partner with aligned values.

David Tufts started his real estate career in 1983 with The Marketing Directors, Inc. (TMD). After becoming one of the top sales agents in Manhattan, David joined the TMD management team. During his tenure, David started City Living, a resale division, and oversaw the lease-up and sales of multiple high-rise towers in New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Houston, Los Angeles and South Florida. David rose to Vice President of TMD. In 1993, after relocating to Atlanta, David started The Condo Store (TCS).
TCS quickly became a driving force in the burgeoning condominium market of Atlanta in the late 90’s. In 1999, after its first billion dollar sales year, TCS merged with NRT and became Coldwell Banker The Condo Store (CBTCS). David grew the company as CEO for the next six years making CBTCS one of the largest and most profitable new home sales companies in the country (with over 10,000 closings in 2005 alone.) In 2007, it was clear that the national real estate market was about to go through a great change. Only someone with David’s experience of over 25 years would be in a position to create a new company focused on solutions for the new reality.
David rejoined forces with Adrienne Albert to form The Marketing Directors, LLC. Assembling a team of the “best of the best” with vast experience was the foundation for implementing the platform of creative solutions for real estate. Having overseen the marketing and sales programs for over 200 high-rise, conversion, adaptive reuse and boutique properties, few people have David’s invaluable experience to navigate this very specific arena.
David earned a B.A. from Williams College, is a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Broker and serves on the Board of Trustees NSMC of NAHB.

As Vice President of Ansley Atlanta Real Estate, Hil oversees the daily operations of the company while working closely with clients. His focus on the details and ensuring everything is operating smoothly means constant motion. Hil really cares about his clients and his primary concern is to listen and deliver to the best of his ability.
A Georgia native, Hil has 14 years of real estate experience through a combination of residential, commercial and property management services. His extraordinary skills have been an integral part of the growth of Ansley Atlanta Real Estate while his personal roster of clients has grown exponentially.
Hil is out in the marketplace every day showing and listing properties, listening to clients, putting together deals and managing the business. His clients give him high marks for integrity, being personally vested in their purchase or sale and listening to their priorities to ensure goals are met.
An economics major at the University of Georgia, Hil is a member of Ansley Golf Club and also an active member of several local community and non-profit organizations including the Atlanta Steeplechase, Piedmont Park Conservancy and The Margaret and Luke Pettit Environmental Preserve. Hil attends Northside Methodist Church and lives in Ansley Park.
